If You Have Received Any Damage/ Wrong Article then Your Order will be eligible for Replacement.
If any defect arises in the product, the customer has to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery. Through WhatsApp or Mail.
The customer has to provide a 360° parcle opening video without cut and pause for replacement.
If the customer fails to do so, the customer won't be eligible for Exchange of the product.
No Exchange will be initiated in case video is not provided.
Return / Exchange policy does not apply if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
